The room was family-friendly & large, with all amenities. The staff were very pleasant and provided an EXCELLENT service. The location was favourable and magnificent for exploring this great area, not far from restaurants, and the Ashburton Domain-lovely park. We loved the dinner in nearby Harvey's Bakehouse.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was very impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided. The location was perfect, nestled in a relaxed holiday park yet conveniently close to the town center. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a luxurious stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The housekeeping service was excellent, with daily checks to replenish towels or remove rubbish. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.
Highly recommended for families.

Kids loved the playground - trampoline was great too. Swimming pool was so cleaned and well-maintained. Rooms had all utilities we needed and utensils.
No facecloths Entry and Exit were confusing, wrong way round. Got lost, didn't realise there was a difference between motorcamp and motel when we booked. We booked the motor camp but the rest of the family booked the nicer rooms in the motel part.

The hotel provided all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay, including cutlery, utensils, towels, and even a bath mat. The surroundings were pleasant, with a beautiful garden and picnic tables to enjoy. The location was well-placed, with a swimming pool and playground close to our room, making it a great choice for families.
Some facilities let our family down. The showers were cold and often turned off without the ability to turn them back on.

The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The staff called in and gave us lovely clean towels on our second night. Very friendly and welcoming.
Close to the railway line, but only heard two trains thru the night.

Great welcome from the host. We stayed in a cabin which was good with a young child as it was separate from surrounding cabins. The room was very clean and smelt nice. The loo and shower block were clean and close by. The kitchen was large and had a tv and sofas also. Need to bring all cutlery and plates etc with you though. There was a swimming pool and play area for the kids. Very close by to Ashburton town centre and route 1 but not noisy. Would recommend.

Liked staying in the family-friendly unit with our kids. Loved the convenient location that made it easy to enjoy the nearby attractions. The quality of the room was super and the bed was very comfortable which made sleeping comfortable.
Disliked staying in the unit near the playground because it was loud and distracting. We had to keep the windows closed even when we were out which made the unit hot when we returned.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
